Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Task Sub website (tasksub.io) ("We," "Service," "Website").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Conditions of Use

• You must be at least 18 years old or have lawful guardian consent.
• You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
• You commit to using the Service only for lawful purposes.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account without prior notice if a violation is found.
• Each individual is only permitted to own and use exactly one (01) account on Task Sub.
• Creating or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) in any form is strictly prohibited.
• You may not use fake accounts, impersonated accounts, or borrow someone else's account to use the Service.
• The use of bots, auto-view tools, cheat-view tools, fake traffic, VPN farms, proxy farms, or any fraudulent tool to inflate views, revenue, or manipulate the system is strictly prohibited.
• You may not exploit system bugs, automated scripts, or abnormal methods to create fake interactions.
• You may not use multiple accounts to defraud the system, inflate fake interactions, bypass limits, or exploit the earning program.
• We reserve the right to permanently ban, reclaim revenue, refuse payment, or delete all related accounts without prior notice if a violation is found.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use Task Sub to create links to the following content unless authorized by the rightful owner or relevant third party:

• Unauthorized copyright-infringing movies, music, software, games, books
• Unauthorized game hacks, mod menus, cracking tools, cheat engines, hack scripts
• Unauthorized hacked APK files, game mods
• Child sexual abuse material, unauthorized extreme violent content
• Unauthorized gambling, betting, fraud, phishing
• Virus, malware, ransomware
• Content violating Vietnamese and international law
• Content that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory
• Any content that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights

We will permanently ban the account and remove all violating links with no refund (if any).

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the content you link to.
• By creating a link on Task Sub, you grant us a non-exclusive right to store, display, and distribute that link.
• Task Sub's logo, interface, and source code are our property.

5. Copyright Policy (DMCA / Notice and Takedown)

• We respect intellectual property rights.
• If you are a copyright owner and find an infringing link, please file a complaint via Telegram: t.me/admtasksub
• Claims must include: proof of copyright ownership, the infringing URL, and contact information.
• We will process and remove the link as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is."
• We are not liable for any damage arising from using the Service (data loss, revenue loss, viruses from destination links…).
• We are not responsible for the content of the websites your links lead to.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Service for anyone without prior notice if these Terms are violated.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved at a competent court in Vietnam.
